Glenmoira’s Board
The Board of Glenmoira currently consists of James Chriszt (President and Secretary), John Hull (Vice President), Bill Beargie (Treasurer), Brian Romanini (Vice President), George Hoover (Vice President), and John J. Fabinak, III (Vice President).
Once funding is secured and the Glenmoira home is renovated, ownership will be retained but property management functions will be transferred to Family Haven, Inc. or one of its affiliates. From time to time, Glenmoira may add Board members as needed.
William T. Beargie

William Beargie is a certified public accountant registered in the State of Ohio. He has over 30 years of tax, financial management and accounting experience in a variety of industries both for-profit and non-profit. Mr. Beargie’s practice is focused in three primary areas: financial management review and consulting, tax preparation, and interim CFO services. In recent years, Mr. Beargie has focused on expanding the non-profit portion of his practice.

Jim Chriszt is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Jim is a member of numerous associations including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.
Jim counsels clients in the organization and reorganization of corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs) and partnerships and in federal and state tax planning and compliance. He helps clients plan, negotiate, and document mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Jim is a member of St. Raphael Parish and is a member of the Finance Council. In his free time, he likes spending time with his grandchildren and family.
John Fabinak, III

Professionally, John joined Konica Minolta in 1983 and has held various sales and executive management positions. He left Konica Minolta in 2001 to pursue a business venture but returned in 2008 as a Market Vice President, running sales and operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York.
John, and his wife Barbara, and their 3 or (4) (as need arises) adult children reside in Bay Village. Two of those adult children (twins) have special needs. We are an active family that enjoys boating, hiking, and working outdoors. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a member of Bay Presbyterian Church.
George Hoover

George Hoover is a licensed real estate agent and property manager specializing in commercial real estate. He has over 28 years of business experience in various industries including transportation, IT, Home Remodeling and real estate. He obtained a BS in Commerce from Niagara University and attended Hondros College for his Ohio real estate licensing requirements.
George is a past board member of Family Haven, a sister non-profit organization. He is also a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
George has been married to his wife Suzanne for 20 years and has 2 children. He and his family are members of Bay Presbyterian Church.
In his free time, George enjoys golf, attending sporting events and serving in the community where needed.
Brian Romanini

Brian Romanini lives in Rocky River with his wife Sarah and their dog Boss. Brian and Sarah met while attending John Carroll University where he earned a degree in Communications. The two were good friends for many years before their relationship blossomed. He works as a sales associate for a men’s fashion store in Moreland Hills called J3 Clothing. Prior to his current role Brian spent time as a care giver at Our Lady of The Wayside. It was that experience that inspired him to lend his efforts to the Glenmoira Project.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family which includes 13 nieces and nephews. Additionally he likes to follow his favorite Cleveland sports teams and spend time at the Cleveland Yachting Club.

Glenmoira believes developmentally disabled adults deserve comfortable housing and love, dignity and respect in their care. Glenmoira is committed to providing a comfortable living facility for a service provider that will provide care for developmentally disabled adults using Christian values while providing love, dignity and respect.
